This client manufactures high value electronic components in markets from domestic to military use at 100+ sites worldwide. As part of reorganising and updating facilities at two UK sites Rileys was asked to support the decommissioning of five lines and find buyers to return liquidity to the business divisions.

Riley's team provided significant project support from technical and logistical angles to deliver removal of the lines and associated plant during a fluid and Covid affected reorganisation. This included engineers working on site to professionally decommission and load plant to transport for resale.

During the client's upgrade and removal timeline Riley's advertised the plant to a worldwide market using it's Direct From Site service. This professional and effective service found buyers for plant and components in the UK and worldwide.
