Following insolvency of a major costume jewellery manufacturer in the Republic of Ireland Rileys supported the administrator PwC to clear the factory and find return funds to creditors, with support of the local government structures (given the local importance of the manufacturer)

Plant

Over several phases of managed clearance Rileys and their on-site project management team cleared, sold and decommissioned the plating line components and support equipment

Outcome

Successfully liquidated assets across the facility to return funds from assets and waste materials.
Online auction to liquidate lots across the world.
On-site project management of auction and clearance of lots and waste.
Empty factory returned to the landlord and funds returned to the administrators.
