Description

Rosler R360/1500 FB/T-So flighted belt conveyors are an ideal way of conveying products at angles greater than 30 degrees, which could cause the product to slide or roll back down the conveyor. By incorporating a side wall, bulk type material and small components can be conveyed at an angle without the product over spilling.

Flighted Inclined Belt Conveyor 375 wide x 1750mm long, the belt had a central tracking strip and comes with 10mm high flights @ 360 mm pitch.

Complete with moving side guides 50mm high over the length of the conveyor, tight against the belt edge

The conveyor is mounted on a box section frame with pneumatic ram to push and pull the conveyor; in and out from the process.
