Description
Caltherm have been a world-class designer and manufacturer of industrial ovens for thermal processing applications for over 30 years. This Caltherm multipurpose heat treatment oven has a temperature uniformity of ± 3°C to AMS2750 class 1 standards.
Including features such as vertical door easy loading-reduce space, Caltherm's reputation for thoughtful, innovative design and robust construction make their ovens a in demand among heat treatment applications across industries. Customers supplied include many of the most prestigious names in the aerospace and automotive industries, electrical and engineering, composite, rubber and plastics manufacturers, glass and pharmaceutical firms.
The oven on offer is a 300°C AMS 2750 Class 1 oven with a tolerance of ± 3°C, and having internal dimensions of 1700mm x 900mm x 1900mm.
Designed with innovative features such as:
- Rocking frame door closure for a tight chamber air seal with minimal wear.
- Inbuilt cooling facility.
- Light guard protected work zone in front of oven.
- Large slow air circulation fan for good uniformity with little air disturbance.
- External air pulled in via HEPA filters
- The comprehensive control panel incorporates a Eurotherm 3504 programmable main controller.
- Eurotherm 3216 over temperature monitor and a Chessel 6100A graphical data logger.
- Forced air extraction mounted to the roof.
- Explosion relief panel.
It has only been used lightly for the application on composite paint curing to technical parts.
