SNOL 300°C Laboratory Oven Range

These electric laboratory ovens are designed for treatments such as drying, heating, thermal testing, aging and similar purposes.

The forced air convection used by these ovens allows a homogenous temperature distribution during all process, which ensures optimal results as well as good technical parameters ensure high-quality results.

Air circulation is critical for efficient and uniform heating and horizontal air flow is achieved via variable (0-100%) fans which maximise temperature uniformity. 

The oven can be used in scientific laboratories, educational institutions, medicine and industry.

SNOL laboratory ovens are available from stock or by special order, depending on requirements for temperature, size and metal treatment process.

Accurate Control

The control and safety mechanisms for the 300°C Laboratory Oven Range are sophisticated but easy to use.

The standard controller is an Omron E5CC Temperature Controller and allows a temperature point to be set and and ramp up speed (e.g. 1°C/per minute) providing simple and effective control for the majority of applications. 
This controller includes an auto tuning feature, an advanced feature demonstrating the quality and reliability of this control solution.
Auto tuning allows for closer control of oven temperatures based on the work it is undertaking improving accuracy and uniformity.

This is paired with an analogue over temperature controller as default, this provides a safety backstop for the oven

Optionally both the control and over temp controller can be upgraded for finer control.

• Eurotherm 3208 temperature controller fitted with self-tuning and manual PID settings. This offers up to 5 programmes and 4 segments (rate of temperature rise or decrease control, maintenance of present temperature, automatic shutdown).  A clear LCD screen provides easy-to-use visual feedback
• EC55-T Programmable Temperature Controller. This allows for programs to be pre-assigned for different processes. This offers up to 8 programmes and 32 segments
• Eurotherm 3216i adjustable over temperature controller so the over temp safety backstop can be adjusted to your process with a clear screen for easy use.
