Description

A second hand automatic Machine for the Polishing and finishing of cylindrical parts. Centreless Polishers are designed for use on tubes, round bar, rolls, cylinders, pins, shafts,hollow sections, guide rails, extruder screws, billets, etc.

The Canning Model 2396 centreless is a single head 100mm wide centreless dry operation polishing and buffing machine designed with the flexibility of, when fitted, an optional abrasive belt linishing and banding attachment, multiple surface finishes can be achieved from the grinding of black stock bar through to mirror finishing of ground stock making this a truly universal cylindrical process finisher.

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS

This is one of the most robust and popular centreless grinding, finishing and polishing machine for tube, bar, shafts, pins, ever made . With the belt attachment when fitted it can be used with a number of different abrasive belts such as carbide and oxides for grinding, nylon belts for satin finishing, engineered belts for semi polishing and felt or cork belts for polishing.
