Top Loading Aqueous Parts Washing Machine Range with Load Trolley

Riley's Top Loading Basket Washers are suitable for washing large single items or multiple smaller units held in baskets.  They are designed to automatically wash and degrease a wide variety of heavy industrial and commercial components.

Applications

The stainless steel construction is suitable for most of the aqueous washing solutions on the market and the rotating basket and wash jets deliver an all round spray wash cleaning that will reach every side of the components.

 Great Washing Performance

These component washing machines are designed with features that provide high quality, flexible and repeatable washing performance over their excellent working life.

The wash cycles of the most components are typically cleaned and flash dried within just a few minutes. Washing duration and temperature can be set to suit your requirements using the user-friendly control panel.

While the driven basket rotates an approximately 5% alkali solution (as an example) penetrates all parts of the component(s) that need cleaning using accurately positioned and adjustable spray beams. 

The rotation of the basket aids the washing effect through the spray bars that fully envelope the basket offering a full 360°C wash pattern. Powered from a stainless steel pump large volumes of water are delivered every minute to remove stubborn and difficult contamination from the components.

The stainless-steel pump is suitable for all kind of alkali washing liquid and filters on the suction line to protect the nozzles and the pump giving a long working life.

Any number of available environmentally friendly detergents can be used.

Loading & Unloading - Flexible for any environment

Designed for use in busy production facilities or specialist units these parts washers provide excellent flexibility.

Larger models include an exceptionally strong removable basket that can be reloaded into the machine with a custom built loading trolley, enabling heavy loads to be safely transferred into the machine for degreasing and speeding up cycle time with multiple baskets.

Alternatively for loading larger parts, the spray bar can be split in the middle (model dependent) and pushed aside to allow the parts to be loaded directly from overhead with a crane or forklift unit.

Controls - Easy to Use

Designed to be easy to use the controls on these machines are located away from drips and spills for safety and reliability. The operation is very simple; you just load the basket, close the lid, and press start. The cycle is adjustable for both time and temperature and resets automatically each time the lid is opened at the end of the cycle.

• Safety interlock switch to the lid (machine operation stops automatically when the door opens to avoid injuries)

Construction - High Quality

Built from stainless steel these machines are designed for an industrial environment.

A double skin construction with an 18mm cavity insulation gap offers maximum thermal insulation to the hot water tank and extremely strong build rigidity.

Individual components have been designed with robust features. For instance, the basket is fully supported by three rollers, ensuring no undue stress or deflection, despite the load weight or its orientation.
