Description

A high temperature 425°C @ 4000Kgs load mass, gas fired Airflow oven with a unique lift off / top hat operation to give maximum possible access for loading and unloading.

** We can now offer a modification to this oven: Double, swing open, doors to give access to the oven chamber without the need to lift the oven off the floor. Please ask a member of the sales team for details. **

  • This oven is not designed to be bolted down.
  • It is a free standing bell oven designed to be lifted off and over its contents.
  • It has seals to seal it to the floor.
  • The ovens exhaust fan is designed to be ducted to atmosphere.
  • Internal construction from mild steel sheeting.

Technical Specification

  • Gar burner is an EK 2 from Comtherm producing 500kW of heat input resulting in a max temp of 425°C. soak temp' 4000Kgs 
  • Over temperature protection.
  • RKC PF900 programmable controller.
  • 75°C knock off on cool down.
  • Additional timer for the Bradken remote exhaust allowing 5 minutes running after the Airflow exhaust is turned off.
  • Bradken exhaust interlock.
  • Exhaust fan designed to exhaust to atmosphere.
  • One circulation fan of 2.2kW with provide approximately 7 air changes per minute.
  • a 0.75kW exhaust fan is fitted to the Bradken ducting.
