Description

Basic Duo precision sandblasting unit.

Renfert  Basic Duo:

The Renfert Basic Duo is a micro blasting cabinet used for precision and fine spot blasting applications in such industries as printed circuit board, medical and dental.

The unit has a unique mixing chamber technology, developed in-house, and the special geometry of the IT nozzle provides decisive advantages.

1. Perfectly uniform abrasive flow, abrasive power and jet pattern. This allows you to achieve consistently uniform, reproducible surface conditioning, ensuring perfect bonding properties. No stresses and cracks in the psubstrate.

2. Efficient sandblasting reduces abrasive costs by up to 80%, thanks to abrasive flow with optimum air-sand mixture, regardless of the tank level and with minimum to no pre-blasting and post-blasting.

3. Focused, effective and reliable sandblasting. You achieve effective removal from the product without loss of abrasive due to scatter. At the same time your sensitive product are optimally protected

  • Removal of phosphate bonded casting investment from the cobalt chrome crown and bridge cases by dental technicians in the dental laboratory,

  • Selective aerospace maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) on turbine blades.

Function & Performance

Basic classic is the low-priced entry to professional microblasting technology; a compact unit in the basic version with up to 2 tanks.

  • Its slim design ensures that it can be located in the smallest space. 

The two abrasive tanks cover the usual requirements in micro blasting technology, e.g. precious metal and ceramic with abrasive from 25-70 μm and 70-250 μm.
