Description
This beautifully manufactured, all stainless steel immersion coating/cleaning process treatment line would be an essential addition to modern-day wet processing companies, who have a desire for control, safety, and quality of the process. Originally used by the previous owner as a decarburizing, corrosion protection, and lubrication processing, it remains very flexible in the accommodation of any number of different processes.

- Each of the four tanks is manufactured from stainless steel, with an inclined base, taking the tank depths from 600mm to 500mm. This enables any solids in solution to settle out easily, whilst also ensuring that the tanks are completely drained to empty when changing solutions or for maintenance activities. Tank drainage is assisted by an air diaphragm pump, enabling solutions to be pumped to remote storage vessels if required.
- All tanks have high solution level alarm sensors and temperature thermocouples and are covered by bi-folding lids, which sit neatly across the rear of the plant when the tanks are in use, thus eliminating both evaporation and airborne contamination of solutions. Please note that there are no heating elements fitted in to any of the tanks.
- The control panel houses all of the plant functions including solution temperatures, process timer, humidity, and differential airflow sensors, and is presented at an optimal height to the operator.
- Integrated into this plant is a well-conceived extraction system, comprising of low-level lip extraction for the processing tanks and high-level lip extraction located above the processed product hanger rail. This ensures both solution and coated products have constant extraction throughout the process.
- Two large extraction ducts are located at the rear of the plant for connection to a suitable extractor (not supplied) differential air pressure sensors and humidity sensors are also installed to ensure monitoring of the process environment.
