Description

The Marpol Model MM 774/776 is a multi-purpose twin head abrasive belt grinding, blending, linishing for complex profiles machine that has a dual-speed drive motor that allows the use of different polyurethane contact wheel diameters without changing the belt cutting speed.

Former Rolls Royce Machinery

This plant is one of several machines acquired during Rolls Royce's reorganisation of their manufacturing facility at Inchinnan, UK.
Their worldwide reputation for quality is reflected in the machinery and maintenance of their manufacturing plant.
Many of these machines include features that are necessary for the manufacture and servicing of high quality engine components,
but can provide a benefit to any industry.

 

The telescopic belt arm compensates for any difference in the abrasive belt length.

Despite its great versatility, the machine is both easy to set up and simple to use. The previous owner was processing titanium parts only.
