Description

This is a very heavy duty, large capacity,  aqueous spray wash machine designed to wash parts up to 600mm wide, 600mm tall and up to 2800mm long.

It has high pressure pump, pumping up to 10 bar, that circulates hot aqueous cleaning solution, up to 90°C, through a PALL sealed chamber filtering system containing 15 individual filter cartridges with a total volume of 119 litres.  Sump capacity is 1400 Litres. The cleaning solution is returned to the tank under gravity through several mesh filter baskets which remove the larger contaminates from the washing solution.

There are two moving spray boom that traverse from each end to the centre and back again, spraying cleaning solution onto the components from 360° to give a complete all around clean.
