Description

Technowash AQF1250 Gas Heated Single Stage, Batch Through Feed Spray Wash Cleaning and Degreasing Plant

The Technowash 1250 has been designed to specifically accommodate the heavier loads and where the level of component surface contamination is high. 
The machine has all its wetted parts constructed from stainless steel, and this means that the machine is able to carry out a wide range of cleaning and surface preparation, and surface finishing processes.

Fitted with full microprocessor control, for both consistency of process and flexibility of operation.
Exceptionally high levels of component cleanliness are reached using a high-pressure degreasing process and use a gas burner to control the solution tank temperature for increased energy efficiency and reliability

The machine is supplied with Twin Hydraulic lifting platforms, in-feed/out-feed roller conveyors, and four baskets for optimum efficiency in operation
