Description

MecWash Midi 400 (load conveyor not included)

The MecWash Midi 400 provides the ultimate flexible aqueous component cleaning & degreasing system.

The machine has been serviced by Mecwash every year from new.

The systems combines high flow washing, rinsing, blown air and vacuum drying to provide the highest quality of component cleaning and drying available.

There can be up to 6 stored wash cycle programmes  held by the machine.

The systems is designed to process complex and intricate machined or pressed parts that require very high standards of cleanliness, surface finish and dryness, including the removal of all types of contamination from soluble and mineral oils to greases, polishing compounds, lapping pastes and dye penetrants.

Equipment Specification:                                                                  

  • Wash chamber: 400mm wide x 400mm high x 600mm long.
  • Currently configure to take 2 x 400mm x 600mm x 210mm baskets.
  • Variable speed contra rotation.
  • Stainless steel rotation support wheels.
  • 200kg load capacity.
  • Rotational re-circulating heated spray/flood wash with from the internal 600ltr capacity sump.  
  • Rotational Re-Circulating Heated Spray/Flood Rinse from the internal 350ltr capacity sump.
  • Total-loss cold water fine spray rinse (draining into first rinse).
  • Rotational high velocity air dry.
  • Wash and rinse mesh strainers baskets (500µm)
  • Wash In-line bag filter (with 50µm bag)
  • Rinse In-line cartridge filter (with 30-40µm cartridge) 
  • Wash automatic chemical dosing.
  • PLC and operator LCD display (including 6 Programs, process information & fault diagnostics)
  • Filtermist steam extraction/condensation unit.
  • Vacuum dry cycle.
  • A selection of Stainless steel perforated/mesh baskets, measuring 600mm x 400mm x 210mm high.
