Description

Walther Trowal Vibratory finishing line installation.

Operation

Four stage process comprises of a loading tipper, vibratory finishing bowl,  transfer conveyor and  rotating parts dryer. Production components are loaded into the tipping hopper in a stillage , this tips up and transfers the components from the stillage into the vibratory bowl containing suitable polishing or deburring media and can be fitted with a dosing station to supply cleaning or polishing solution which is used during the vibratory operation. After the cycle is completed the parts are automatically transferred from the bowl via the transfer conveyor to the parts dryer to complete the production process. This system  delivers clean, dry polished / deburred  components at the end of the line.
