Orbit 1000 Rotary Basket Washer

The Guyson Orbit industrial quality single stage parts washer offers excellent cleaning results, with a motor driven rotating basket carrying the components under the highly effective spray jets.

Numerous optional extras bring additional productivity, handling and cleaning quality benefits to customers with very specific requirements.

Orbit washers are popular for use in manufacturing cells for cellular aqueous parts cleaning.

Typical Orbit Wash Applications

Degreasing automotive parts (both garage or remanufacturing), degreasing aerospace flap actuation gears, washing industrial pump bodies and automotive exhaust manifolds, low volume tote bin washing, cleaning sap of circular wood saws.

Rotary Basket System

Guyson International's Orbit 1000 is a compact cellular washing machine which is reliable, efficient and durable. Orbit 1000 rotary basket washers are well equipped to bring additional productivity, handling and cleaning quality benefits to customers who have very specific requirements above and beyond the industrial standard specification.

Rapid cleaning of all component surfaces with safe detergents is assured by rotating components in the motor driven basket in front of V-pattern spray jets, orientated from three sides towards the components.

The hot wash solution is driven by a high pressure stainless steel 4 bar pump through stainless steel pipework. A constant basket rotation of 5 revolutions per minute and the use of all the available spray pressure for cleaning and not diverting part of it into rotating the basket enables high wash solution flow rates to impact on the components and deliver superior cleaning.

The compact machine footprint and ease of operation for high quality cleaning provides a winning combination and makes the Guyson Orbit a very familiar sight around many European blue chip company manufacturing sites.
