Description

This pre owned twin head Ellesco Grindingmaster is a premier industrial metal working multi finishing machine. The MCSB / B 600 is a 600mm wide belt and brush dry working Grindingmaster that is equipped with a powerful 11kw motor allowing it to process the toughest and heaviest jobs around. Currently set up with a belt and brush to produce superior finishes, brushes can be 'Scotchbrite' or wire to suit the application.


Typical Process Applications Covered by this Machine:

  • Stock removal of multiple individual parts and sheet materials.
  • Sizing and finishing of parts and sheet materials.
  • Deburring punched, nibbled, sheared or laser-cut sheet metal parts.
  • Calibrating or keying carbon, rubber, wood or other soft materials.
  • Grain finishing of any material.

Standard Features Include:

  • Centralised operator control panel.
  • Full 600mm working width x150mm height.
  • Wide belt head with fine adjustments of contact roll, 150mm overall clearance.
  • Wide brush head fitted with polishing roller, these can be either a Scotchbrite roller or wire brush.
  • Conveyor bed on 4 heavy duty precision spindles.
  • 4 x ridged, precision made, rubber coated, workpiece hold down pinch rolls.
  • Motorised, single point thickness setting.
  • Vernier thickness read-out.
  • Conveyor reverse for set-up.
  • Variable speed table motor.
  • Fixed/floating conveyor table.
  • Dust extraction funnel.
  • Load amp indicator.
  • Belt oscillation.
  • Front edge safety bump E stop.
  • Pneumatic tension control.
