Description

AS-150 Single stage cleaning machines are intended for the aqueous cleaning of medium and large components, when a single detergent spray wash stage process is sufficient for the cleanliness requirements.

The cleaning machines are typically used in general manufacturing, vehicle garages and maintenance workshops.

These machines provide excellent cleaning performance due to clever design principles used in addition to the spray pressures and high liquid flow rates achieved by the pump. The spray system rotates around a fixed load. The hot detergent is sprayed from all directions into the components to achieve full coverage and the best possible results; the liquid is filtered before entering the tank for recycling.

The Turbex AS-150 unit has dimensions of 1300mm x 1300mm x 900mm washing height. 

Complete with a wheeled platform for loading carriers into the wash chamber. Electric heating to the sump, and solution filtration.

All stainless steel construction with a front opening door with gas springs that doubles as the workload platform.
