Description

Automatic aqueous washing machine with semi-automatic uprising door, manual spray lance for secondary manual cleaning/rinsing operation.

Principal of operation

A front loading hot aqueous spray wash with manual operator access for high pressure manual lance cleaning. Load components onto the wash grid on the trolley, wheel to the machine, and place with the load trolley. The automatic wash cycle can be engaged using a pre-set time where upper and lower spray booms rotate around the workpiece washing the components from all angles. If additional cleaning is required, the operator can manually operate a hand held spray lance, fully enclosed inside the machine to focus on specific areas as required.

The washing solution is recycled through the machine, passing through a mesh basket strainer to remove any larger particles. There is an oil skimmer to remove any oils gathered in the wash solution, simple modifications can be made to add external filters to suit any specific requirements.
