Description

These single suction units are highly versatile, for low-dust and fume applications, they can also be used with manually controlled or automated milling devices (e.g. for zirconia objects).

The suction units can also be selected for any workshop or laboratory applications involving dry dusts. Applications of this type may include various modes of processing minerals, resins or metals in different sectors of industry.

V7000 Features:

  • Single-position vacuum unit with a dual filtering system.
  • Fixed unit with automatic actuation via handpiece recognition.
  • Automatically adjusted suction rates.
  • System turns off when the filter is full.
  • Filter and motor LED status lights.
  • Narrow tower housing with a large filter volume.
  • Front access for filter maintenance through a caddy bay.
  • Very low noise by high-grade acoustic isolation.
  • Different bag filters and activated charcoal filters are offered as accessories.
  • Brushless motor.


The unit is also eminently suitable for removing flue gases such as those generated during laser welding when fitted with optional “special” filter bags placed in sequence, which has the side effect of reducing the noise and extending the life of the vacuum turbine.
