Description

The LISSMAC ECOline grinding machine is a versatile machine that is designed to machine sheet materials or components.  Suitable for deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing, or oxide or slag removal following a previous operation or production treatment. It is unique in its operation with a main grinding belt for full surface coverage followed by multiple spinning brushes, which are also rotating, (planetary motion), whilst the workpieces are passed below, thus resulting in full surface machining from all directions.

This German manufactured machine is of the highest quality and is solidly constructed with a space efficient footprint.

 Wet Collector ESTA WDE 3000

The wet collector is designed for environments that require a filter with a classification of 'H', i.e. dusts that are hazardous to health. It is specifically designed for use with the LISSMAC processing machine. The unit is equipped with a 3 phase motor which drives a radial fan. This creates a vacuum, drawing air and particles from the machining operation through a tube and then through 'swirling' water, which removes the particles from the air stream; the clean air is returned to the atmosphere via an outlet element on the top of the extractor.
