Description

An Unused Multi Station Rack Treatment line

This line was only commissioned and run on trials only, it was then mothballed and put into storage in 2016.
In 2016 we were contacted by the original equipment manufacturer - Decker Anlagenbau GmbH
They asked us to sell the line on their behalf. We sold the line early 2017 to our retained client Poeton.

Poeton bought it for a specific project which never came to fruition and again the plant went into storage although some elements were used in other areas of production and are therefore no longer included /available these include:

  • Chiller 
  • Rectifier
  • 3 off Single Polypropylene Tanks

* Please note the pumps that were originally supplied with the line have been tested and are no longer serviceable

Technical overview of the plant (as it is available today) Dismantled for convenience of sale

  • The Tanks have a Plating Window: 2000 x 250 x 950 mm
  • 12 Heavy Duty Tanks (material PP or stainless) incl. some piping
  • Single Automatic Transporter, lifting capacity 150 kgs, including 1 off transport cart and structure steelwork -
    However since different final locations may require different structural framework, a full set cannot be guaranteed
  • Control system by Icom & Siemens Simatic S7- 300 with CPU314C-2DP
  • Excludes, but Layout makes provision for, 13 off lip extraction ducts/position
  • SPS Siemens Simatic S7- 300 with CPU314C-2DP
