Description

A Branson Dawe Ultrasonic cleaning machine with pH monitor. It features twin tanks each with heating, ultrasonics and fan extraction all independently controlled.

Specification

• Two 165 Litres cleaning tanks.
• Twin ultrasonic cleaning system - 48 transducers @ 2000 W, 25KHz and 48 transducers @ 2600W, 40KHz.
• Two Branson HX Ultrasonic Generators.
• Separate heated tanks so two different temperatures can be used.
• Two pumps.
• Two extraction fans.
• ABB Kent-Taylor pH monitoring system.

This machine can be used as two separate cleaning systems or combined to use as a flow line, cleaning and then rinsing dependent on your needs.
