Description

Elma Ultrasonic wash, rinse and dry modular cleaning line with heated wash and rinse and external pumped filters on each wet stage plus external heated filtering weir system.

Three process tanks with lifting and lowering pneumatic cylinders to raise and lower the baskets into each tank. (42 Litres per tank)

Stage 1 

  • Ultrasonic cleaning, tank made from extremely cavitation-proof stainless steel (V4A).
  • Ultrasonic power control, manual setting.
  • Heating control.
  • Time control.
  • External pump and filter system.

 Stage 2

  • Rinse tank, made in stainless steel.
  •  Heated on / off or temperature setting range 30°C to 80 °C.
  • External pump and filter system.

Stage 3

  • Hot air dry.
  • On/Off Control.
  • Storktronic temperature controller.
  • Base mounted fan.
  • Stainless steel construction.
