Description

A wonderful, high performance machine supplied by RJH Ltd, the Powerfin 1100 is a heavy-duty, double-ended  grinding/linishing and/or polishing machine, with independently driven spindles and variable speed control. The machine is designed for continuous production and can accommodate a wide range of configurations and optional refinements.

Applications include fettling, deburring, linishing, polishing, turbine blade grinding, chamfering and specialised component finishing. These machines comply with the European Machinery Directive.

Only Used in the Medical Industry 

This plant is one of several machines acquired during a recent site clearance of a company supplying medical equipment.

The maintenance and servicing was conducted in line with the medical industries requirements. Any faults were corrected immediately working to the highest standards.
