Description

This range of electric ovens are constructed from a heavy duty steel box sectioned frame with in-filled 100mm thick insulated galvanised panels offering a sturdy and durable oven.

The design means that the oven can be transported and sited in one piece without the need for any on site assembly.

Our ovens include the following standard features:

• Double loading doors with positive locking, inner emergency escape handle and steel door seals.
• Split load 12 kW electric heater bank for consistent heat times.
• Roof mounted air circulation fans with positional hot air return vents for uniform heat distribution.
• L/H side mounted control panel with  dual display digital temperature controller, overtemp policeman, which activates when the selected process temperature is exceeded.

• Electroplating de embrittlement

• Thermal testing etc
