Description

A waste water treatment plant previously used for processing waste from a wet paint spray booth, benefit from this versatile plant for your water treatment process today.

As part of a restructuring of the business, Aeroforma have announced production operations will cease at the Lostock plant at the end of 2024. Including their existing waste water treatment plant that is currently supporting their wet paint spray booth, this is one of many machinery/equipment to become surplus to Aeroforma going forward.

Features Include

  • Cylindrical waste water holding tank manufactured in black polypropylene 1400mm diameter x 2450mm high with a capacity of 3600 litres.
  • Twin bed ion exchange plant with spun fibreglass reinforced anion and cation vessels, mounted on steel support grid and frame.
  • Interconnecting pipework and manual control/selector valves for “run” and “dump” conditions mounted on a vertical polypropylene support plate at the front of the ion exchange plant for ease of operator access.
  • Sand Filter, Atika high rate model ATT 19.
  • HCL feed pump.
  • NaOH feed pump.
  • Dump pump.
  • Circulation pump.
  • Freestanding control panel containing door interlocking mains isolator, contactors and circuit protection devices and PLC.
  • Control panel door mounted operator controls and indication, comprising Mitsubishi E100 HMI for plant status indication and operator input. Neutralisation pH indicated by AWE pH meter and separate indicator meter for treated water conductivity.
