Description

Rosler shot blast rotary systems are mainly used for small to medium batch sizes and are particularly well suited for cleaning, refurbishing and reconditioning, descaling pre-treatment shot-blasting, surface finishing and shot peening.

Different requirements for the treatment of components call for process engineering solutions that exactly meet the demand and Rosler rotary table shot blasting machines guarantee uniform shot blasting of the work piece surface. By continuously passing the components through the shot blasting stream on the rotating table.

The particular attraction of this type of system is its versatility. Components of different sizes, shapes and geometries, down lo fragile components, can be handled by this design with no problem at all. Components are placed by hand or by automatic systems on the rotary table, which may be up to 2500mm in diameter depending on the size of the installation. The rotation of the table transports the components continuously through the shot blasting stream,

Created by one or more blast wheel units, for the predetermined shot blasting cycle, and ore subjected to uniform shot blasting from above and from the sides. Optional equipment such as satellite rotary tables, manually actuated transfer trolleys, or rotating basket units, allow for optimum adaptation to the most widely varied range of components.

Construction

  • Manufactured fabrication in quality wear resistant rolled steel plate.
  • Blast chamber is lined in I0mm thick wear resistant manganese steel.

Door

  • Manually operated hinged double doors, fabricated in quality wear resistant steel plate.
  • Heavy section hinges.
  • Table centre opening to allow easy access for crane or fork lift loading/unloading.
  • Door protected by 10mm lining of manganese steel.
  • Doors are fitted with safety limit switch and electrically activated door lock.

Work Table

  • Reinforced fabricated base with radius support/scrapper arms and peripheral rim.
  • Supports perforated wear resistant manganese steel segmented wear plates.
  • External heavy duty geared motor drive via a protected bearing unit and large diameter steel shaft.

Abrasive Air Wash Separator
