Description

A Surface Dynamics pressure pot fed shot blast, double operator cabinet with shuttle table and a free standing separate pressure pot, media grading cyclone recovery unit and a UMA 150 series dust extraction unit.

Pressure fed blast cabinets are designed for the discerning customer who requires quality equipment with excellent productivity, process control, environmental containment and durability. This blast cabinet delivering efficient, affordable media blasting to clean, peen, deburr, or finish your parts. 

For tough cleaning jobs, the pressure blasting delivers higher abrasive velocity for greater impact intensity, compared to suction blasting, and can increase your production rate by as much as 300 percent. While for big jobs, this blasting set up offers a large work chambers, double operators if required with a component loading of 500kg.

  • Strip paint, powder coating, plating, and anodizing from parts for rework.
  • Eliminate burrs, parting lines, flashings, and other defects from castings and injection-moulded parts.
  • Extract residual sand from castings.
  • Beautify steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other metals with a uniform matte finish.
  • Etch artwork and lettering into glass, stone, plastics, metal and other materials.
  • Clean release agents and material build up from moulds.
