Description

This second hand Technowash Multiclean Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a high precision cleaner, which is gentle, quick, safe and highly effective at cleaning a wide range of materials.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning has the ability to clean both the external and internal faces of a wide range of component parts.
  • The process is particularly advantageous for cleaning inaccessible areas such as internal tubes, screw threads, hinges and serrated edges.
  • The Ultrasonic cleaning method has the ability to reduce cleaning times from hours to literally minutes, and is an ideally suited cleaning method for intricate parts, and components which can't be knocked together or stand aggressive and forceful spray washing

This Technowash Multiclean is a 4 stage ultrasonic cleaner arranged as follows:

Ultrasonic Cleaning

This is the progress stage whereby electrical energy is transferred to sound waves. The ultrasonic sound waves have the ability to penetrate solid mass allowing the energy to reach the points where it is normally impossible to clean, such as blind and small holes.

Rinsing Progress

Using chemicals for the ultrasonic process often leaves trace chemicals on the surface of the product giving a dull appearance. The rinse stage allows the parts to be rinsed to remove any final residue of chemical.

Drying

Once clean the products can be left fully dry and free from any further water marks, by using the re-circulatory condensing hot air dryer station.

  • Each process tank has a capacity of 60 Litres.
  • 4 x Stainless steel carrier baskets available with the machine
  • Each wet process has a weir overflow system with pumped filtration returning through a sparge pipe allowing any surface contamination to be filtered out.
  • Each process tank is electrically heated with digital temperature controls.
  • The ultrasonic and dryer stations are fitted with digital process timers. (TBC)
