Description

The Tristar TS504 small parts cleaner has a continuously moving stainless steel drum that conveys components through the different phases of immersion, spray wash, spray rinse & heated blow-off dry stages. Developed to provide a continuous throughput of parts that need to be degreased, rinsed and dried in large quantities.

The standard four stage model includes immersion, wash,  heated rinse and hot air dry stages. 

The Tristar Conveyor is fitted with a continuous moving (variable speed) stainless steel drum that conveys the components through the different wash, rinse & dry processes. Featuring a rotating drum which has an 'Archimedes' continuous screw fitted to the internal wall, this means that as the drum rotates, the turning of the screw moves the parts forward. The parts go through four stages within the drum, Immersion wash, spray wash, spray rinse and hot air dry. Suitable for components such as stamping, mouldings and CNC turned parts.

The machine is further enhanced with the fitted option of a vibratory feed chute for the controlled feed of parts, an offload chute for the collection of parts and a coalescing oil skimmer for the maintenance of the wash solution by the removal of oil and grease.

Able to have the speed adjusted  of the stainless steel track, this washer is developed to wash parts that cannot be tumbled due to risk of damage.
