Description

The Technowash SD600/3 is specifically designed for the continuous processing of high volumes of component parts, where more conventional batch type degreasing systems would struggle to achieve the throughput rate required.

The Technowash SD 600/3 houses a rotating drum which has an 'Archimedes' continuous screw fitted to the internal wall. As the drum rotates, the turning of the screw moves the parts forwards along its length. Components pass through four stages comprising of immersion, spray wash, rinse & dry sequence. 

The rotary spiral drum system with variable speed control allows the operator to control throughput speeds and ensure that the parts being processed remain in the various process stages the right length of time to achieve the desired result.
