Description
This Rosler RMBC 1.1 is designed for shot blasting any type of mass produced components from small, delicate plastic parts up to individual pieces of 10kg to its max batch weight of 300kg. Finished to the highest of standards, it comes with dust extraction and batch loader.
This Rosler RMBC 1.1-L is designed for shot blasting any type of mass produced component from small, delicate plastic parts to large, forged components, indeed anything that can be rotated can be finished to the highest of standards. Tumble blast machines are ideal for cleaning large batches of components in both an efficient and economical way.
During the shot blasting process the work-pieces are turned over evenly and consistently presenting all of their surface area to the constant blast stream. This is a precondition for efficient and uniform surface treatment. During tumbling the abrasive is continuously filtered away through the perforated work belt so that even the deepest of cavities can be thoroughly dressed.
Effective cleaning of the work-piece will always be dependent on a clean dust free stream of abrasive: Sand, scale, heavy dust and fines and undersized abrasive have to be reliably removed to achieve optimum blast conditions, this is accommodated with the proven air wash separation system that is employed within the recovery and recharging system and powered by the associated matching reverse pulse dust control plant to ensure that the machine will always preform at its optimum efficiency.
In view of today’s high production requirements, heavy workloads ,long maintenance intervals and the demand for minimal maintenance expenses the well engineered and robust design of the Rosler RMBC range stands out in a league of its own. All of the process areas of the RMBC machines exposed to the blast stream are lined with hard wearing manganese steel wear plates and abrasive resistant rubber belting.
The safety interlocked conscientious features of the RMBC design makes sure that the operator only has access to the working chamber of the shot blast machine once the machine has completed its cycle and is in an idle mode with the blast wheels and tumble belt stationary before entry will be permitted.
This Rösler tumble belt batch machines has been supplied with an automatic flighted conveyor loading system for the seamless integration to any automatic production line as well as a vibratory discharge chute for the automated unloading and product transfer from the machine to its next process.
The blasting media is fed centrally to the Hurricane high speed rotating blast wheel. The centrifugal force, of the rotating wheel, throws the media at the components to be blasted at speeds up to 120 m/s. The design of the blades, insertion point, and the speed of the blast wheel determines the processing results in conjunction with the blasting media.
The angle of the blast pattern can be regulated by adjusting the input feed angle, allowing various combinations of coverage to be achieved from simple cleaning operations, removal of surface materials, and deburring, through to precision shot peening for fatigue life improvement.
This package includes all the individual machines required to make up an automatic blasting cell. Conveyer feeds in components, there is a drying option for wet components, once dry they are conveyor fed into a loading chute, this then transfers the parts to a tipping unit, this in turn loads the blasting machine. After blasting the parts are offloaded onto a vibratory riddle taking them into a waiting stillage. The blasting media is recycled and the package is completed with an ATEX rated dust extraction system manufactured by the world leading Donaldson Torit company.
