Description

Rosler Delicate Parts Transfer & Separator

Specifically designed for the screening and separation of delicate parts this transfer separator screens out vibratory media from prior processes and presents and feeds components to the next processwith the minimal risk of incurring damage.

Designed for vibratory finishing processes, this machine also lends itself to the transfer of any part, with the simple change of the removable screening deck.

VM ® dosing drives work quietly, are maintenance-free and of course are designed for continuous operation. Sophisticated technology in combination with a compact, dead-center minimized design in degree of protection IP65 ensures operational reliability, reliability and ease of cleaning.

The electromagnetic drives generate linear vibrations and are operated via thyristor controls. JD drives are predominantly used for dosing, mixing and feeding tasks in the packaging, weighing and automation industries at low to medium throughput rates. 
During operation, the amplitude can be infinitely adjusted via the thyristor control. The conveyor speed can be adjusted from standstill to maximum power via potentiometer or setpoint. 
In order to achieve optimal vibration parameters even with different influences on the transported material, every drive in our factory is tuned to the load weight specified by you.

Due to the immediate achievement of the maximum vibration amplitude and the direct standstill when switching off, the drives are also ideally suited for cyclic operation. 
JVM ® dosing drives work quietly, are maintenance-free and of course are designed for continuous operation. The sophisticated technology and compact, dead-center minimized design in degree of protection IP65 ensure operational safety, reliability and ease of cleaning.

Please note that dosing drives are operated via a thyristor control. Details about our TK series controllers can be found here (link to controller). For current measurement please use only direct reading instruments.
