SNOL 650°C High Temperature Oven with Powered Door

These industrial batch ovens are ideal for tempering, glass annealing, drying, preheating, and stress relieving.

Designed to operate up to 650°C these ovens have excellent performance and reliability. Well insulated and with good airflow these ovens offer  temperature stability and uniformity suitable for a wide range of manufacturing processes.

Control of temperature is achieved via an Omron programmable controller coupled with a Solid State Relay and Eurotherm Over Temperature protection.

This model includes a pneumatically powered uprising door with speed and soft stop control valve, to tailor the door speed to suit the process.

Ideal for tempering, glass annealing, drying, preheating, and stress relieving of various materials and components at temperatures up to 650ºC. 

Powered Door

This latest design with the additional vertical uprising door has some innovative features including hinged door guides, so the oven can be moved and transported with the steel work lowered to the front edge reducing the overall height to 2480 mm allowing it to be transported by curtain sided vehicles. 

Pneumatically powered uprising door with speed and soft stop control valve, to tailor the door speed to suit the process.

Fully Factory Assembled and Tested

The equipment is, fully factory tested and adjusted prior to shipment from our facility. All safety interlocks are checked for proper operation and the equipment is operated at its maximum operating temperature for a test period. If a temperature uniformity profile test and certification is purchased, the profile test will be performed and documented prior to shipment.

Customers are invited and encouraged to visit our site to witness testing and sign off the equipment prior to shipment. During this visit, personnel are available to demonstrate, and answer any questions you may have concerning design, operation, and maintenance.
