A great result to come from 2022 was an increased interest in our updated range of dust extractors.

Mostly known for used machinery, Riley Surface World offers our customers an affordable range of new machinery for the same quality and performance. An emerging machine that gathered interest in the latter of 2022 was our new dust extractor range. Following a new paint job and competitive prices, these were flying out of our warehouse towards the end of 2022.

Our dust extraction machines consistently prove to be a popular choice for our customers, as the extractors in either our used stock located at our warehouse or Direct From Site events are rarely around for long.

Considering the additional cost for our new dust extractors, what factors determined our customers to opt for our new range?

• Available for custom set-up: The flexibility of our core extractor sizes is that they can be combined for an increased extraction rate. Designed to fit together when the overall extraction system is made up of multiple units, less floor space would be required too.

• Features options most requested by industry: The key features we were sure to add, from our years of experience selling extractors, included a filter cartridge system for a strong, efficient performance and a reverse pulse cycle for easy cleaning and maintenance.

• Applicable with a variety of cartridges: To make the extractors flexible across industries, the cartridge size suitable for our models can fit a variety of cartridges materials. Cartridge options including cellulose filters that are great for their cleanable and reusable properties, while nanoweb filters are perfect for popular tool making processes such as plasma cutting.

• Built in the United Kingdom: Supporting British industry, this small factor is to keep dust extraction systems more accessible to our customers.

• Warranty: Coming with 12 months parts & labour buyers have peace of mind

 Able to be paired with fans of multiple sizes, this flexibility of set up allows our extractors to have the extraction capabilities most suitable for the requirements our customers needs. Please note: you can combine units for additional capacity or standby (e.g. three DFRPC 3-12 units combined to give 36 cartridges).

Where Did Our Latest Dust Extractors Go?

One of the first of our autumn extractors went to a refractory manufacturer, a specialist in using metals such as alumina for complex components. The production processes required for making refractories fall under dust regulations in both the UK & EU, resulting in the dust extraction range being made compliant with ATEX or DSEAR regulations.

Another dust extractor went to CPL Industries, a company focused on creating sustainable materials for more accessible options. Our dust extractor fitting in line with their mission for sustainability and assisting with the production of further goods to help with their goal.
